I've been working with award winning brand 'Sleepytot 'for a couple of years now and last year was asked to design a new lamb plush toy for the range. Above are the supplied sketches and final artwork and finally, ta-da! the finished lamb. He looks gorgeous and is now available on the Sleepytot website here

I'm really lucky to have a brilliant client list of lovely publishers and it's always a real compliment when the same publisher returns to use me again for a new project, as hopefully it means I did a good job the first time round! So it's been really exciting to add publisher, Miles Kelly, to my client list and over the last few months they've kept me really busy with not one, not two but four different projects including some fairy tale illustrations for a compilation of bedtime stories and artwork for 'The Boy whom Cried Wolf' picture book.
Apart from that I've been beavering away on some jigsaw puzzle designs which I've been working on with a great creative company called Lumoo, as well as producing some Phonics illustrations for Korean publishers, Langsoc. Right now it's all go on some new monster illustrations for the Letts Monster Practice books as well as a new project with Harper Collins so it's great to get 2016 off to a good start. I'm also working hard to give my lovely agents Advocate some new material for my portfolio and the illustrations above are some brand new, unpublished samples so fingers crossed they go down well!

s I love my day job, the opportunity to get away from the desk and do some drawing out on location is bliss, especially somewhere as naturally beautiful as our local National Park, Exmoor. So I jumper at the chance to join my partner Roger, a couple of friends and our terrier Taz on a mini Exmoor adventure for the Clarks shoes blog. You can take a look at the post here which includes some beautiful photography bu Stu at Pennleigh and some little ink boot illustrations by me :-) clarks blog link
